1. Dalis, Judit, Miquel, Izan and
Sergi.

2. Ingredients
 Rice (250 grams)
 Sugar (200 grams)
 Lemon (only the peel)
 Cinnamon
 Milk (1 liter)

3. Step one
 First we put the milk and the lemon peel in a pan and
we boil it.

4. Step two
 Then we put the cinnamon into the pan with the milk
and the lemon.

5. Step three
 Third we add the sugar and the rice in the pan with the
other ingredients.

6. Step four
 Then we mix it until the rice absorbs the milk.

7. Step five
 Then we remove the peel from the pan.

8. Step six
 Then we check that the rice is boiled.

9. Step seven
 After this we put the rice pudding in different bowls.

10. Step eight
 Finally we add some cinnamon on the rice pudding.

11. NOW WE CAN EAT THE RICE
PUDDING!
