15. Lets have some teamwork....
Form small group & do a collage on a white paper using paper cutting on any theme
Remember: Each and every member of the team is important, who ever he or she is!
Example:
Hydro Power
Environment
Green energy
16. Basic Concept of Motivation
Need Hierarchy Theory:
As per Dr. Maslow, human
motivation has 5 levels.
Human wants to satisfy his
needs one by one from
bottom to top of the pyramid.
To motivate one individual,
leader needs to understand
the present need level of the
individual.
If the leader can understand
the present need level of the
individual, then leader can
motivate the individual by
satisfying his need, if
possible.
17. Leadership Theory
New Leadership Theory:
Transformational Theory:
• Leaders inspire individuals, build up
trust, and promote creativity and
personal growth
• Individuals develop a sense of
purpose to help the group,
organisation or society. This goes
beyond their own self-interests,
rewards or recognition for effort or
devotion.
18. An Interesting Concept:
Leading from the middle:
For a team it is not desirable to
have limited leaders.
It is important to have multiple
leaders in every level, in every sub
groups and in every work. It is
important that every individual of
the team has to be encouraged to
become a leader at individual level.
Organizations rise and fall on the
qualities and activities of their
leadership at every level. Successful
organizations cannot wait until
someone gets to the top to start
leading. Organizations need leaders
in the middle level, who create
values through out the
organization.
23. Lets have some teamwork....
As a group vocally explain the “topic of your collage and how you made the collage
together”
Try to explain that you have followed P-D-C-A cycle.
Try to find out whether your collage has concept of Purpose, People, Planet, Probity
Hydro Power
Environment
Green energy
24. Be a leader....
• Do SWOT Analysis for yourself.
Strength
Weakness
Opportunities
Threats
• When ever you think, think with clarity. Try to be clear about yourself first. Be
confident in your abilities.
• Be accountable and responsible to the purpose and to the individual of the
team
• Try to develop others. Developing others never hurt your interest in larger
scale, until and unless you have some weakness.
• Don’t think about what people think about you.
• Be positive and try to face problems instead of leaving problem.
• Dream.......
