3. Team Work
Teams outperform individuals because teams generate a special
energy. This energy develops as team members work together
fusing their personal energies and talents to deliver tangible
performance results.

4. Communication
A successful manager will learn how to leverage these new forms of
communication outlets which provide an opportunity for savvy managers to
connect directly, on a personal level, with consumers as well as employees.

5. Decision
Before engaging in any decision, making a problem must first be identified
and then analyzed. Once a problem has been identified, the analysis
process will involve finding a cause and a solution. At this point, a
manager must establish objectives and alternatives and prioritize them
based on importance.

6. Planning
Every manager must learn how to successfully plan for
the future. An effective planning strategy will involve
setting reasonable expectations.

7. Back up plan
Always have a back up plan when you are doing the planning. When you
have whatever trouble with the main plan and you wanted to change the
plan, you can always use the back up plan, so you will not get into the
panic mode can make things worst.

8. Motivation
One of the crucial skills every successful manager should
master is the ability to motivate others. A successful
implementation of this strategy stems from the managers
ability to understand the existence of two types motivations.

9. Controlling
Control is perhaps one of the most crucial components in
effective management. Successful managers use control in
order to direct, standardize, measure, and adjust.

10. Knowledge
You will not be confident to speak on
any topic unless you have appropriate
knowledge about it. Yearn for
knowledge

11. Friendly
Pose yourself as approachable as manager.
Talk to everybody in the same friendly tone. Even with the
newbies whom you are never going to see again. Smile
always. It will keep you winning.

12. When you disagree, keep quite
If possible just smile and walk away. Let the
people come behind you to ask why you
smiled. If they don’t care why you smiled, they
wouldn’t have cared for your opinion anyways.

13. Focusing
When we are doing something, we should always be focus, get
rid of everything that you counted as distraction. That could
allow you to do things even better, or even more efficiency.

14. Strive for Perfection
Whenever we do something, we should always strive
for the best we could; constantly strive for overachieve.
Not good? Do it again. Not perfect? Make it perfect.

15. Endurance
In the corporate world, the life is tough, it tests your
patient and stress. We should stay with our endurance,
never give up whenever we met trouble. Always have a
mechanism which could helps you to cool down.

16. Always Attack, being Aggressive.
Constantly look for opportunities and capitalize on those which come
your way. If you have a good idea, say it out. Considerable ingenuity
may be required in killing it, but it serves to sharpen your wits.
