Cara2
Pukul gula n planta mskkn telur sbji demi sbji ayak tpg koko soda aduan sume berselang seli ngn air
kukus sehingga masak lebih kurang 30 minit api sederhana besar
RESEPI kek ni sgt lembut ringan dn gebu..saya yg x pandai buat pon menjadik..yahoooo

krim cheese 250 gram x sampai pon wat separoh je
susu pekat stgh cawan@ikut suka tahap manais
whiping krim stgh cawan
mix sampai gebu
cara2 melapis
belah 2 kek guna BENANG.potongan jadik halus taw
lepas tu renjiskan bancuhan neskepi...tp kek coklat x yah kot.kalau kek pandan@kek vanila baru
berasa lepastu
sapukan krim cheese..rata2 kendian taburkan serbuk koko@milo kendian lapiskan lagik kek..ulang
langkah petama tadik.
Akhir sekali taburkan slice cheese...
Utk dapatkan toping yg cair dn meleleh boleh masukan sikit susu segar....selamat mencuba.....pasti
menjilat kuku kelingking..hihih

AISKRIM OREO
cara buat?
1) - setengah tin susu pekat (ikut kemanisan masing2)
- 1 1/2 gelas susu cair (ikut kecairan @ kepekatan yang dikehendaki)
- 1 sudu ovalette (pastikan halal)
- sedikit esen vanilla
blendkan sampai gebu.
2) gaulkan hasil yang di blend dengan biskut oreo (vanilla) yang dah dihancurkan.
3) masukkan dalam peti ais. (freezer)
4) MAKAN !!!!!!! sampai menjilat sudu~!!!
*dah reti buat, x perlu la beli kat McD lagi.... hehe

Chocolate Chip Muffins

2 cawan tepung gandum
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
½ tsp garam
1/8 tsp serbuk coffee/nescafe
satu paket besar chocolate chips (ikut kehendak)
2/3 cawan Whole Milk
½ cawan butter yang dicairkan
2 tbsp buttermilk/sour cream
2 biji telur
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cawan gula halus
1/3 cawan Brown Sugar
Steps:
1) Panaskan oven pada 180 degrees. Dalam masa yg sama, boleh sediakan substitute utk buttermilk
kalau xnak beli. Tuang 1/3 cawan whole milk dan kemudian campurkan bersama 2 sudu cuka
masakan atau cuka buahan. sy guna apple cider vinegar. Biar selama 10 minit kemudian kacau dan
boleh digunakan.
2) Dalam sebuah mangkuk kecil, campurkan kesemua 4 bahan pertama dlm resipi di atas dan
ketepikan.
3) Dalam mangkuk kecil yg lain, campurkan semua chocolate chips dan separuh dr campuran tepung.
Gaulkan dan pastikan setiap chocolate chip bersalut dgn tepung. Ini adalah tips utk memastikan
apabila muffin di masak, choc chips tidak akan tenggelam ke dasar muffin dan melekat.
4) Dalam mangkuk yg besar, campurkan semua bahan2 basah. Kacau sehingga sebati. Kemudian
masukkan semua bahan kering dan kacau. Jgn over mix or else nnti muffin takkan naik. Masukkan
pula choc chips bersalut tepung tadi. Gunakan spatula utk kaup balik adunan.
5) isikan muffin 3/4 cawan. kemudian bakar selama 15 hingga 18 min. Boleh check menggunakan lidi
dan lihat jika adunan masih melekat, biarkan lg beberapa minit.

Puding Karamel Tanpa Telur

Bahan Karamel:
2 sudu besar gula dijadikan karamel.
Bahan Puding:
Bahan A:
1 paket agar-agar serbuk (*saya guna agar-agar serbuk 25gm)
12 cawan air (3 liter)
2 cawan gula
** Semua bahan di atas dimasak.
Bahan B:
1/2 cawan susu pekat manis (*biasa orang guna 1 tin susu cair)
*saya guna susu pekat sebab xde susu cair.. he3
3 sudu besar tepung jagung
1/2 cawan air
sedikit esen vanila
sedikit pewarna kuning
** Campurkan semua bahan di atas.
Cara-cara:
1. Masak bahan A sehingga mendidih.
2. Masukkan bahan B ke dalam bahan A. Kacau sehingga sebati dan agak likat.
3. Setelah pekat, tuang ke dalam acuan karamel.
4. Sejukkan di dalam peti sejuk.
:: Yang kecik2 tu, terlebih adunan. Saya masukkan adunan puding tu dalam acuan kecik2 tanpa
karamel.

1/2 cawan minyak masak
1/2 cawan gula
1/2 cawan sebuk koko
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu soda bikarbonat
2 sudu marjerin
3 biji telur
topping:
* 1/2 bar coklat masakan
* 2 sudu besar susu pekat
* 1/3 cawan susu segar
* 1 sudu mentega(planta/butter pun boleh)
-manik2 hiasan kek
cara:
1) campur susu segar,susu pekat,gula,serbuk koko,marjerin & minyak..masakkan atass api
kecil.padamkan api dan sejukkan seketika
2) bland telur sampai kembang..campur dlm adunan yg dimasak tadi..
3)kemudian ayak tepung ngan soda & baking powder..campur sekali dalam adunan yg dimasak kacau
sebati...
4)masukkan dlm acuan..kukus sampai masak
-acuan kecil2 dalam 20-30 minit
-kalau guna loyang kukus 1 - 1 1/2jam
5)tunggu kek sejuk baru keluarkan dr loyang/acuan
6)campur semua bahan topping dalam mangkuk/periuk kecik
7)double boilkan bahan * sampai sebati (kalau nak toping lg pekat xperlu masukkan susu segar)
8)siram atas kek dan tabur manik2 hiasan kek
sedia hidang
