Norwood Primary School's A football team reached another final in the Duddy Shield competition. They played well but ultimately lost, with goalkeeper Aaron Rimmer and scorer Matthew Van Sprang-Rimmer playing especially well. The school community strongly supported the team. Upcoming events include a fashion show, visits to Liverpool and Llangollen, and the annual sports day and arts festival. Children from the school have received praise and awards for their behavior and performances representing the school.

4. ROBINWOOD HERE WE COME!
Last Friday, Norwood Crescent was lined with parents waving off their children who were headed for Robinwood.
Year 4 spent a jam-packed weekend taking part in exciting (and sometimes scary) challenges. Whether they were raft-
building, canoeing, crate-building, whizzing down the zip wire with the wind in their faces, or just simply trying to avoid
being eaten by piranhas, every child, (and teacher), agreed that they had had a brilliant time!
