company as part of a class project while working from three different
time zones. Through the class, they met the new CTO, who

Employees of 3Pillar Global, including the company’s CEO, took part
in Leticia Britos’ “Design Thinking Action Lab” course from Stanford’s
Epicenter. Each week, employee teams bounced around ideas and
provided feedback before submitting assignments.
DT Action Lab “Hangout” Joined by Two Special Guests
Each week, Instructor Leticia Britos Cavagnaro hosted design
thinking office hours. In one session, students were joined by
Adriana Garcia, a Reuters’ journalist, and Dr. Frederik Pferdt,
Google’s Global Manager for Creativity and Innovation.

Greg Bybee
Director of Product Management.
Greg recently finished a MA­Ed at
Stanford and fellowship at
NewSchools Venture Fund. Greg
loves teaching abroad, but lives in San
Francisco and is studying Chinese
and music theory online.
