This document discusses mobile banking apps and interviews four students about their experiences using banking apps on their phones. It finds that most students find banking apps convenient for checking balances and transferring money, though some prefer going to the bank in person or have difficulties depositing checks using apps. Apps allow banking anywhere, but security and technical issues are also discussed. A proposal is made for electronic check deposit through connected printers or online.
