Matriux is a security project consisting of a security distribution called "Matriux", a security testing framework (MSTF), a vulnerable distribution for learning called "Damn Vulnerable Matriux", and an initiative called "The K0d3" to promote secure coding. The project aims to create a security focused Linux distribution and provide security tools to aid in penetration testing, vulnerability research, and learning about coding securely. It started as an idea by Manu Zacharia to create a distribution to accompany his book and make learning easier.
