9. What is your role?
LCVPs in different department to understand the
needs of their new& senior members and encourage
them to go for winter exchange(you should
differentiate who to send to NLDC and who to go on
exchange)
For LCs that haven’t closed application yet, you can
support the recruitment by simple actions like help
with booth, or invite your friends to join the
program(ask your TLs and members to do so as well)
Conduct recruitment review and see how you can
better work together to achieve the goals
