the state level :
1) Controlling the textbook requirements
requested by school
2) To plan, manage and control spending
prodivisions Textbook loan Scheme received
from BBT
4. 3) Planning and managing the development
and implementation of state-level
management Textbook Loan Scheme.
4) manage the briefing determination of
textbook to the principal/headmaster,Senior
Assistant Student Affairs (HEM) and teacher
Textbook Loan Scheme.
5) Obtain and process information about the
needs of school textbooks.

school textbooks in schools with accurate
and truthful.
7) Ordering textbooks required by schools in
the respective states of the publisher.
8) Monitoring the supply and receipt of
textbooks in schools.
9) Making claims payments to producers
supplying textbooks.

respective states.
7. The National Education System at school level under
the category of government education institutions
consists of: -
Pre-school Education
Education programme for pupils aged four to six;
Primary Education
Course of study at the primary level is planned for a
duration of six years but may be completed in five to
seven years;
It consists of national schools and national type
schools;
8. Secondary Education
Consists of lower and upper secondary
education;
Secondary education is available at:-
academic schools
technical and vocational schools
religious national schools
9. Post-Secondary Education
Education for individuals who have completed
lower and upper secondary education but not
higher education.
Schooling under the category of government
assisted educational institutions relates to
fully residential schools under the
responsibility of the Fully Residential School
Unit of the Schools Division.
10. Other educational institutions established at
the school level are: -
Special education schools under the
responsibility of the Special Education
Department.
Sports schools under the responsibility of the
Sports Division.
