- On the demonstration, you saw that the Operator Guidance workflows were a key part of how the operator handles notifications in AGORA.These workflows are fully customisable, in order to better implement standard procedures.Different workflows can be assigned to different notification types.New custom workflows can be created, like for example, a guard tour to check on ATMs, or a guard tour to check on emergency exits.Business-oriented workflows can also be created.Like, for example, setting up a remote tour a chain store customer to monitor product placement or to check if the stores are clean and well illuminatedThese workflows are really easy-to-use, as the operator receives step-by-step instructions on how to handle a given notification.The customisation of workflows allows a systems integrator to create new services in AGORA and have a differentiated offer by adapting AGORA to each end-user.
