during your upcoming cleaning.

3. The Interview….
When our technicians arrive they will ask you a
series of questions about your flooring that we’ll
be cleaning and will perform a ‘Carpet Audit’ ™.
Don’t worry these questions are easy and are only
asked because they help us provide the best
possible results for you.

4. The Tour
After our carpet audit is complete we will ask
that you give us the tour of what we will be
cleaning. During this tour we will ask you to
show us any areas of concern you may have,
or areas that need a little extra TLC.

5. Taking Care of Your Home
In order to provide the best possible experience we will take
several precautions to ensure that we leave your home in
much better condition than when we arrived.
Corner Guards – These specially designed
plastic guards protect your baseboards,
railings, and door frames from scratches
cause by hoses in your home.

Valve Covers – We always use valve covers when our
hoses are in your home to eliminate the possibility of
scratches on your floors.
Furniture Blocks/Tabs – We always use furniture
blocks and tabs to protect your carpet against rust
and tannin stains from being on damp carpet.

Shoe Covers – Not only a fashion statement, they are
functional too! Our technicians use shoe covers
whenever they have to walk on your newly cleaned
carpets. We’ll also give you enough pairs for your whole
family so that you can walk on the carpet immediately.

9. FAQ
 Is the flooring going to be safe for my family and pets?
 All our products are nontoxic, hypoallergenic, and contain no VOC’s. If I wouldn’t use it at home with
my children and pets, I wouldn’t use it at yours.
 How long does the carpet take to dry?
 Generally carpet takes 4-6 hours to dry. Certain conditions may cause it to take longer. Ask your
technician for dry time when you do your walk-through.
 How long do we have to keep off of the carpet?
 We recommend you walk on it as little as possible until it’s dried, but we do offer free booties so you can
walk on it immediately if need be.
 What is the size limit of a room before the price goes up?
 200 sqft. If a room is larger it will be billed a pro-rated amount for a 2nd room.
 How often should I clean my carpet?
 We recommend every 6 months in order to ensure the healthiest possible environment, and to double or
even triple the life span of your carpet. If you’re seeing traffic lanes then you’re not getting them cleaned
often enough.
 How often should I clean my upholstery?
 This depends on the amount of use and stains. We recommend a thorough cleaning once every 1-2 years,
but you can get away with a high powered vacuuming in between cleanings.
