That might be the case.One of the problems of a big organisation like LTS is that quite often people work in ‘jam jars’ and we don’t spend enough time talking to each other about our projects and sharing good practice.I’m commited to challengeing this and we have a;lready made so steps to break down these silos. For example the GLOW Team and the iCT in Education Team now work closer together as a result of an office re-shuffel. We are also about to appoint some new GLOW development offiers but they will be part of the CfE Team.So, how well do you know LTS?...
