Voluntary surrender of our house? can we just decide to let our mortgage company foreclose on us? 11 years of 10.7 740 apr has just gotten to be too much. Mortgage Co. will not do a loan adjustme nt(we have asked several times) After we start this process what can the mortg age company do to us? We live in Texas. I know it will ruin our credit score but heck we filed bankruptcy 2 years back anyway. We have never missed or been late SOLUTION Find the best solutions and providers for you at:
