Yokoten
 Yokoten is the transfer of something worthwhile
for one process or area to another. What follows
 is a simple high level model to help us do this.
Select
      Prepare
The
      Recreate
      Observe    Model
      Update
      Train
Select
  Choose what it is that we want
  to spread from one process or
      department to another.
Prepare
       Make a plan of how the
   attributes will be transferred to
       the new area and make
    preparations. Involve those
         who will be affected.
Recreate
   Execute the plan and put the
   changes in place in the new
   area and begin use. Involve
    those who will be affected.
Observe
  Watch carefully the recreated
  process to ensure it is working
   correctly. Note adjustments
      that should be made.
Update
   Make any corrections found
  while observing and rerun the
        updated process.
Train
 Instruct and practice and engrain
    the new with those who are
  affected (but were not involved
   in the transfer) by the changes
      made. Ensure alignment.
