(KTP
LL)
is
a

land

business

which
was
created
for
people
who
see
their

technologies.

is
a
progress-‐oriented
place.
Its
opera4on
focuses
on
suppor4ng
new
innova4ve
enterprises
and
it
creates
the
best
condi4ons

the
development
of
the
companies

already
exist.
It
offers
modern
and
professionally
prepared
infrastructure:
office
spaces,
laboratory
and
produc4on
areas.
Investors
are
offered
the
lands
of
the
total
area

200
hectares.
KTP
is
an

merge
of
a
technology
park

special
economic
zone.
Thanks

this,

operate
