2. POLYURETHANE AND COMPOSITE MATERIAL DIVISION
The PU and Composite Material Division has
its operational circle in different fields such as:
PU panels foaming and gluing (discontinuous plants)
printing and coupling of kevlar, fiberglass, carbon fiber panels
"solid surface" materials thermoforming (with membrane)
Polyester resin printing at high or low pressure
Medium/low pressure vacuum embossing to transfer fiberglass + phenolic resins
Phenolic resins and fiberglass printing at high/low pressure
Thermal and acoustic panel coupling with PU adhesives
Aluminium honeycomb sandwich panel coupling by pressing with epoxy, PU and EVA film
adhesives

Since the last 10 years a special attention has been focused to the reintroduction in the production cycle
of recycled materials
Having this in mind we have created the "eco friendly" section of our division that cares about the
production of plants (grinding, pressing, cutting) suitable for recycled materials such as: cork,
tetrapak®, rubber, natural fibers and many others.
A close and constant cooperation with the main "market players", allows Ormamacchine to face different
technological challenges always finding the most suitable solutions.
