11. FUTURA CNC EVOLUTION
The work island is composed by:
Positioning and profiling line connecting station
FUTURA CNC hydraulic frame press complete of unloading system
Anthropomorfous robot
Glue spreader plus dowel inserting machine
Quality control station
It is possible to process frames having one intermediate both vertical or horizontal
piece
The work island by means of dedicated software receives all data concerning the
profiling of the pieces, directly by the production department.
The “FUTURA EVOLUTION” system may be implemented with automatic control
devices through dimensional, quality and shape tridimensional view of the profiled
pieces.
