 Project is set up through Corporate in EnterpriseOne (information
obtained through Sales Force)
 An integration brings project into CM
 The branch begins control procedures in CM including submittals
and RFIs
 Budget is set up in EnterpriseOne and integrated into CM
 Estimates, change orders, subcontracts, requests for proposals are
created in CM with the change order and subcontract information
interactively integrated into EnterpriseOne
 Purchase orders, invoices, customer billings, subcontractor
invoices, payroll are done in EnterpriseOne and brought over
nightly through integration
