Entrusted with the review and consolidation of monthly financial results for Canadian operations; prepared monthly
SAP entries for ABB inter-group corrections; selected as technical Project lead for implementation of Hyperion Financial
Management (HFM) consolidation software.
 Reduced consolidation close cycle by 30% through increased automation an improvements in data-flow.
 Trained end users on Enterprise Reporting 7.5 and 6.0.
 Automated Inter group reconciliation file to allow upload into both Enterprise reporting 7.5 and 6.0; eliminated
approximately 180 hours of work annually.
 Automated a split of the Canadian reporting unit from 1 to 5 for submission to corporate office by creating of a
set of complex calculations to ensure Inter/Intra group eliminations were done correctly for all 5 of the new

 Led the transfer, review and analysis of data from SAP into Enterprise Reporting 7.5 for consolidation and

employees within their respective business units.
 Achieved a 40% performance improvement in processing time in the first month by migrating Khalix from an
NT to a UNIX environment.

Accountable for the review and consolidation of monthly financial results of worldwide MDSPS subsidiaries; prepared
monthly consolidation and investments eliminations entries; and monthly continuity schedules to support Fixed Assets,
Goodwill, Long term debt, and external investments.
 Served as Project Manager implementing SAS’ CFO Vision consolidation software; supervised one direct report
while collaborating with three regional coordinators, team leader, advisors, SAS Project Manager and
consultants assigned to the implementation team.
 Conducted in depth business requirements analysis and interviews; designed the consolidation structure and
developed a standardized MDSPS Line of Business dimension for use with CFO Vision consolidations.
