repair.:-
1) Battery of digital balance - 03
2) Adopter for digital balance - 01
3) 6V battery - 02
4) Extension board -01
5) Electric vibrator apparatus -01
6) Dielectric constant apparatus – 01
7) Rheostat – 01
8) Ammeter- 01
9) Power supply for electromagnet - 01
You are requested to fulfill these essential requirements as early as possible

1. There will be no telephonic leave. In case of emergency every lecturer has to adjust
their lectures themselves and then inform the O/Incharge.
2. Physics & Chemistry Lecturer should sit in their respective labs. There should be no
groups of staff members in the staff room.
3. In case of adjustment there is no clubbing of classes. Lecturers has to take adjustment
in the individual classes.
4. Lecturer has to fill the movement register whenever they have to leave the polytechnic
block strictly.
5. IP’s and attendance registers should be completed. It will be checked by H.O.D and
PRINCIPAL as early as possible.
