4. Key Area II: Educator Preparation and Development Six areas of assessment. Professional Development Experiences, Models of Professional Development, Capabilities of Educators, Access to Professional Development, Levels of Understanding and Patterns of Use, Professional Development for Online Learning. Basically, what do the teachers know, do they know how to utilize the equipment, are they attending staff developments.

Key Area III: Leadership, Administration, & Instructional Support Six areas of assessment Leadership and Vision, Planning, Instructional Support, Communication and Collaboration, Budget, Leadership and Support for Online Learning. Basically, what is our campus goal for technology use, do we have money for the technology, and is leadership giving staff support.
6. Key Area IV: Infrastructure for Technology Six areas of assessment. Students per Computers, Internet Access Connectivity Speed, Other Classroom Technology, Technical Support, Local Area Network Wide Area Network, Distance Learning Capacity. Basically, what do we have and what do we need

Campus level we have great support and budgeting for new and current technology In comparison with the state, we are at the same level as the majority of other campuses in the state of Texas. Needs: implementation within the classroom, more staff development, and another look at our infrastructure.
