• New York is the most
populous city in the United
States and the center of
the New York Metropolitan

as New York City or

7. The Brooklyn Bridge
• The Brooklyn Bridge is a
bridge in New York City
and is one of the oldest
suspension bridges in the
United States. Completed
in 1883, it connects the
boroughs of Manhattan
and Brooklyn by spanning
the East River. It was the
longest suspension
bridge in the world from
its opening until 1903,
and the first steel-wire
suspension bridge.

8. Queens
• Queens (Queens County) on Long Island east of
Brooklyn, is geographically the largest borough and the
most ethnically diverse county in the United States.
Historically a collection of small towns and villages
founded by the Dutch, the borough has since developed
both commercial and residential prominence.

with its antenna spire
included, it stands a total
of 1,454(four hundred
fifty-four) ft high. Its
name is derived from the
nickname for New York,
the Empire State.

• Central Park is a public
urban park located in the
metropolitan borough of
Manhattan in New York
City, United States. The
park is rectangular. Being
larger than two of the
smallest nations in the
world, it is almost two
times bigger than
Monaco and almost eight
times more than the
Vatican City.
