SMI is a membership-based initiative created by the SNIA to develop and
standardize interoperable storage management technologies and aggressively promote them to
the storage, networking and end-user communities. It is a set of object oriented interfaces
designed to make it easier for Heterogeneous Storage Hardware and Software from multiple
Vendors to work together under a controlled set of Interoperable Standards.
• Title : SRDFCE.

Role : Involved in Manual Testing of the SRDFCE product and writing TCS with automation
Using RFT

Project Description:
SRDF/CE is an EMC proprietary product that is used to integrate EMC’s SRDF
technology with MSCS. Basically, it is the glue that combines HA from MSCS with the DR
capabilities of SRDF remote mirroring to form a true geographic clustering solution. Upon failover,
SRDF/CE issues the necessary SYMCLI commands to automatically RW enable the devices at the
DR site then allowing the disks to come online at the DR location. This provides a fully automated
DR solution with high availability.

Software testing using an automatic test program will generally avoid the errors
that humans make when they get tired after multiple repetitions. The test program won't skip any
tests by mistake. The test program can also record the results of the test accurately. The results
can be automatically fed into a database that may provide useful statistics on how well the
software development process is going. On the other hand, software that is tested manually will
be tested with a randomness that helps find bugs in more varied situations. Since a software
program usually won't vary each time it is run, it may not find some bugs that manual testing will.

The travel portal is designed for easy assessment and save the time involved in
circulation of documents in person.
The flow depends on the forms circulated in the travel process. The forms are
designed and using Php programming as the backend the forms are retrieved from the
database.

Project Description:
Programming languages is the core of computer science. When a new language is
published it is either improved version of the previous one or totally new language meant for
some specific programming domain. In this language called “S-PRO” means Simple
Programming Language consists of many features that have a high value in other languages
like C, C++, JAVA, and VB.
This project consists of Compiler and an Editor. It consists of the features like
variable declaration, input statement, output statements, arrays, inbuilt functions, user
defined functions, function overloading.
Front end used is VB and back end used is C, C++.
