What we do? We create software since 1989
And, what do we feel it’s happening nowadays in this market?
In the beginning we started developing in MS-DOS, but the interface with the user was poor and in terms of reach and mobility was even poorer. Later we changed to Windows, with a significant improvement in terms of interface and user experience, as well as in terms of functionalities but. However, nothing was gained in terms of reach and mobility. Then we started developing for HTML. If it is truth that was a great jump in terms of reach and mobility is also truth that we lost a lot in terms of functionality and user experience due to weaker interface. Our development is now focused on a new reality RIA, which is unique and most powerful in terms of reach, mobility, user experience and interface quality.
But what was missing?
In our opinion, there was a need to produce software designed for micro companies Therefore, we have created the software PHC FX for the micro companies. In reality the development of PHC Technology is focused on achieving better productivity and reduction of costs, allowing the customers to obtain the best solutions with a reduced investment.The entire software was designed to suit the needs of the micro companies, with few configuration that will originate fewer doubts and little assistance and almost instantaneous implementation. They are small services and trade companies, to which the product is self adapted. The positioning for these micro companies will be “THE TOP OF THE ENTRY LEVEL SOFTWARE ”
Also Management Software Customers and suppliers, orders and proposals, accounts and banks, purchases and sales, receipts and payments. All, the key areas of the company managed and controlled with precision. Everything what a company needs and ready to function! That is, mini-erp with all the vital areas to a MICRO COMPANY.
Where it will be With the PHC FX platform, the concept of a company in any place and at any time becomes a reality. The customer can access, from any browser, to the software of his company with the same interface and the same experience and for this he only needs an Internet linking.

The Datacenter and PHC assure all the work related to Upgrades, Maintenance, Security and Availability The customer does not need to have in house experts to deal with those issues and all this is INCLUDED IN the PRICE This is a strong argument to defend renting software price against purchased software ; therefore all of that is a hidden cost for purchased software.

The windows, the options and the shortcuts are put into motion, but motion with a meaning. Software evolves at the rhythm and necessities of the customer. Customer only pays what it uses The customer only paid the software that uses. This way it reduces losts and will adapt the costs to the dimension of his company, without having to commit itself forever to the chosen solution. you only pay what you really need at any momentHere lays another strong argument: we do not have losts of licenses, that is, if I bought more than I really need, in the end of the period of agreement I do not renew and I save this value. That does not exist in purchased software.

We congregate everything in the PHC FX Framework which was the first thing we developed. Then we build on top of it our first product which is Management Product (PHC FX Business) and “To think AHEAD” is our slogan.

How much?
The two first users is 39 and the following ones are 19 each one. The competitors sales registered users, which may seam that they sale cheaper than us. But we sell simultaneous users. We can have 20 registered users and only a few ones using the software at a time. This way they only pay the ones they really use it.
In our opinion, security is a key factor for the success of this model. We have to win the normal “trust” issue of the customers with everything that as to do with “my data in the cloud”. We recognize the highest importance of this aspect and dedicate particular attention to it, dividing it into 3 very distinct levels.
