Building Systems Creation Default component breakdowns, Expected Useful Life, and Construction Year data Building Data Input Demographics (Location),  Building Sector, Building Type, Construction Data, Major Restoration Data, Replacement Value Capital Costing Repair needs and associated FCI calculated using established, calibrated deterioration  curves Component Breakdown, Expected Useful Life and Construction/ Renovation dates can be individually adjusted following document review and interviews.  No walkthroughs are required. Deterioration curve that has been calibrated against 10,500 buildings is used to calculate where each system is in it’s lifecycle and produces a high-level repair need cost.
