Lot 7 at the Calmat 7th Street
Business Park is a one-story 38,755
s.f. tilt-up concrete building on a
3-acre site. Large expanses of
storefront glass, minimal interior
columns and high interior volume
allow for flexible suite sizes as well
as a variety of different tenant types
including retail uses. Three pop-out
bays help to reduce the overall mass
of this building while open mitered
end cap suites increase visibility.
Lot 12 at the Calmat 7th Street
Business Park is a one-story 73,080
s.f. tilt-up dock-high concrete
distribution building on a 3.5-acre
site. Two large over-sized expanses
of end-cap curtain wall glazing
provide for 2 stories of light-filled
administration space while lending
an up-scale contemporary feel to
this project. Lush plinth landscaping
adds to the entry experience.

Stellar Business Center is comprised
of a series of 5 one-story tilt-up
concrete buidings ranging in size
from 23,100 s.f. to 37,202 s.f. for a
total building area of 135,330 s.f. on
a 10.9-acre site in Chandler, Arizona
near the Stellar Air Park. Designed
as an upscale flex industrial/
office project, the buildings feature
contemporary glass curtain walls
perfect for office and showroom
tenants. Minimal interior columns
and 22’ interior clear height provide
for maximum tenant suite flexibility.
Enhanced special landscape features
include several lush landscaped
social garden gathering areas to
provide inviting places for people
to enjoy the outdoor environment.

INTREPID TOOL INDUSTRIES
Surprise, Arizona
Intrepid Tool Industries is comprised
of a of 3 one-story tilt-up concrete
buidings ranging in size from 19,500
s.f. to 28,024 s.f. for a total building
area of 67,024 s.f. in Surprise,
Arizona. Building ‘A’ is the first
phase of the multi-phased project
and includes the administrative
offices for Intrepid Industries and a
high-tech manufacturing facility that
produces specialized aeronautical
tooling. Ease of manufacturing flow
and optimization of multi-axis CNC
milling equipment proved to be the
determining factors in the lay-out
of this facility which also includes
a large seminar meeting room.

STORAGE FACILITY
Phoenix, Arizona
Arizona Industries for the Blind
Federal Records Storage Facility
is a two-story 120,000 s.f. concrete
tilt-up building on a 4.18 acre site.
Designed to accommodate secure
records storage the main building
entrance evokes the strong sense
of security traditionally provided
by a bank vault door while also
providing larger glass areas for
administration office area day-lighting
and views. Future site flexibility
and expandable parking areas are
important design considerations.
