10. WIRELESS INDUSTRY Network Operator Testing Programs Intertek is the testing provider for Vodafone Terminal testing. Platforms supported under the Vodafone Terminal program include Java, Symbian and Windows Mobile. Applications that are pre-loaded onto devices are tested against industry-standard test criteria as well as Vodafone specific test requirements. Approved applications receive digital certificate. Intertek is the testing provider for the Orange Partner program. This program provides Java Verified, Mobile2Market, Palm Powered Mobile World, and Symbian Signed certification – all tested on Orange handsets. Intertek is the official independent testing provider for Virgin Mobile’s application certification program. Applications are measured against a set of development standards jointly established by Virgin Mobile and Intertek. Once an application successfully completes the process, it will be available for download by Virgin Mobile subscribers.

11. WIRELESS INDUSTRY Network Operator Testing Programs Intertek is the testing partner of NII Holdings to perform certification services on applications designed for Nextel’s IDEN devices. The certification program is designed to determine that the software and systems developed by a partner prospect meet minimal requirements for quality, reliability and compatibility for safe and effective operation. VZAppZone Compliance testing Program specifically designed to independently verify that third party applications comply with stated Verizon Wireless quality and network requirements. New VZAppZone applications are required to pass a suite of tests including: "No Harm to Network (NHtN)", OTA and functionality tests.

12. WIRELESS INDUSTRY OEM Testing Programs The Sony Ericsson Xperia Certification program is designed for Panels available on Xperia X1 phone. Panels are Windows Mobile applications that extend the Today Screen API in order to provide a Full Screen immersive experience. Motorola Q program emphasizes the development of enterprise applications on mobile devices. To an Independent Software Vendor, subject to completion of certification, the Motorola Q Application Testing program allows the use of the “Designed for Windows Mobile” logo.
