P3O functiesDeze indeling en de onderdelen kan je gebruiken als checklist om je huidige activiteiten te identificeren, te bepalen wat je wilt ontwikkelen of inzichtelijk te maken wat prioriteit heeft in jouw organisatie. P3O modelEen voorbeeld van hoe het model eruit zou kunnen zien. Je eigen P3O model kan je identificeren door een tekening te maken van de connecties die de project, programma en portfolio offices in jouw organisatie hebben, zowel onderling alsook met de bestaande organisatie (de business). P3O modelZo kan het model ook gevormd zijn. Merk op dat de permanente Portfolio Office een vast gegeven is waar de veranderstrategie, prioritering, benefitmanagement en besluitvorming op strategisch niveau plaatsvindt. ,[object Object],13-4-2010,[object Object],5,[object Object]
P3O LevenscyclusStilstand is achteruitgang. Er zullen continu veranderingen zijn die een andere mate van volwassenheid of andere prioriteiten verlangen, waarop het P3O modelwordt aangepast. Het P3O model is dus geen constant model, maar beweegt mee met de organisatie. Prince2 en MSP kenners herkennen onderstaande cyclus.  ,[object Object],13-4-2010,[object Object],6,[object Object]
P3O in Nederland,[object Object],In 2009 zijn de eerste P3O certificeringen behaald door Nederlandse professionals.
