Web 2.0 towards 3.0 integrated
communication
The MenoPercento system is consisting of a communication model which combines the
two channels of internet and mobile according to the new marketing idea of the
consumer, turned from being a prosumer, who is more and more participative and
influential on the company decisions.
Therefore, it has been designed to offer its own customers the means to realize a «pull»
communication, which is planned using the following components:
• MenoPercento app, running on all the last generation mobile devices
• internet reachable by the links added inside the minipage or inside the notification
page
• again internet through the smart shopping stickers which bring the online
minipage related to a special tariff agreements or promotions (which the retailers
usually take on) to a smartphone or a tablet
Our market: special tariff circuits
and fidelity programs
App users: holders of mobile devices and of membership cards, such as fidelity,
special tariff agreement and employee cards
Targets (who are the customers):
• organizations issuing cards, such as the companies, the associations and
the employee recreational clubs
• places that have an arrangement, such as the places of leisure, the shops,
the insurance agencies, …
Served customer functions (what are the customers' needs): improving the
communication availability to the user/card holders
Technologies utilized (how are needs being satisfied): mobile and internet.
Target benefits: the company

More complete and more easily understood service for the card holders
Greater card visibility in the places where it is possible to use it, both among the card-
carrying users and among the service users, not yet in possession of a membership card
– as a consequence of above, increase of members
Direct communication into the MenoPercento system, both among the card- carrying
users and among the service users not yet in possession of a membership card (through
app or smart shopping stickers)
– as a consequence of above, increase of members
Communication cost reduction because of the integration with the mobile channel
Lack of the app development costs
Better settlement and effectiveness of the special rate contracts
