4. Grades Grades are very important in sports. If you are getting low or failing test scores and are failing that class you can’t run that day of the competition. If you are marginal you get a few days to get it back up from failing.

9. Sprinting Sprinting isn't very hard but you do have to always run your hardest even if it feels like your legs are going to fall off. If you want to get better traction on your shoes you could always get a pair of running shoes with spikes on them because it helps you run a lot faster and you should be able to increase your time by at least 2 seconds.
