Why spend >$50-$60 to produce a barrel of shale/tight oil, when new portable exhaust gas injection EOR equipment has the potential to recover oil for less than $15-$25 per barrel? Fielding the oil industry’s next-generation fleet of fully-automated, portable exhaust gas injection N2+CO2 EOR skids to bring low-cost, variable-pressure gas injection EOR capabilities on-site to EOR-worthy mature and legacy oil fields that are too far away from and cannot be economically served by CO2 pipelines.

Octane rating is the measure of a fuel's ability to resist "knocking" or "pinging" during combustion, caused by the air/fuel mixture detonating prematurely in the engine. In the U.S., unleaded gasoline typically has octane ratings of 87 (regular), 88–90 (midgrade), and 91–94 (premium)

Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR): Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) is an emission control that lowers the amount of nitrogen oxides (NO_x) formed during combustion. Allows burned exhaust gases to enter the engine intake manifold. When exhaust gases are added to the air fuel mixture, they decrease peak combustion temperatures NOx formation is depends upon temperature When combustion flame front temperatures exceed 2500°F (1370°C), NO_x formation increases dramatically. The amounts of NO_x formed at temperatures below 2500°F (1370°C) can be controlled in the exhaust by a catalyst. To handle the amounts generated above 2500°F (1370°C), the following are some methods that have been used to lower NO_x formation: Enrich the air–fuel mixture. Lower the compression ratio. Dilute the air–fuel mixture (EGR).

Gave a talk at StartCon about the future of Growth. I touch on viral marketing / referral marketing, fake news and social media, and marketplaces. Finally, the slides go through future technology platforms and how things might evolve there.

Each technological age has been marked by a shift in how the industrial platform enables companies to rethink their business processes and create wealth. In the talk I argue that we are limiting our view of what this next industrial/digital age can offer because of how we read, measure and through that perceive the world (how we cherry pick data). Companies are locked in metrics and quantitative measures, data that can fit into a spreadsheet. And by that they see the digital transformation merely as an efficiency tool to the fossil fuel age. But we need to stretch further…

The world is presently confronted with two major issues; fossil fuel depletion and environmental degradation. Indiscriminate extraction and high consumption of fossil fuels have led to reduction in crude oil resources. The search for an alternative fuel, which promises a harmonious correlation with sustainable development, energy conservation, management, efficiency, and environmental preservation, has become highly pronounced in the present context. One approach to reduce these problems is by blending hydrogen gas with hydrocarbon fuels used in internal combustion engines.Recently, using hydrogen or hydrogen-gasoline blends as a supplement fuel for spark ignition and compression ignition engines is one of the potential solutions for improving brake thermal efficiency, reducing fuel consumption and pollution emissions from internal combustion engines. In this paper, advantages and disadvantages of Hydrogen-Gasoline fuels in the context of combustion engines are discussed, and combustion performances and emission characteristics are experimentally investigated at various hydrogen volume fraction and graphs are plotted.

A technological break-through, resulting from almost three decades of research and development. FuelAid Systems and Optimizers harness the science of fluid conditioning to improve combustion efficiency and increase fuel economy. When properly installed, FuelAid systems cause fuel to take on a millivoltage charge which breaks up molecular clusters, causing better burning. Emissions are greatly reduced as a result. The non invasive molecular optimization technology is capable of delivering the proper magnetic field necessary to break up the electrons in the fuel and reach the Rayleigh Limit - defined by NASA as the correct charge, and the number of electrons, to induce the desired effect. All of this is a fancy way of saving that FuelAid Systems save money and reduce emissions, passively, using proven scientific theory. No driver training required.

There is a lot of disinformation, inflated promises and junk science associated with Fuel Emulsification Technology, Various companies who have poor understanding of the subject, no actual experience or clients, proliferate the internet with loud claims of outlandish fuel economy. Here we try to explain in a concise way how Fuel Emulsion work across different sectors and is needed to make them work. RADE Initiative had been a pioneer in this field in India and has over a decade of practical experience in this field,
