Mr. Jose Francisco “Quinto” Oreta V President Jose Francisco “Quinto” Oreta V is the Group President of the Major Holdings Group. He assumed the position early 2010 as his mentor and father, Atty. Mario Oreta, founder of the Major Holdings Group, moved on to another phase of his career.
