Picture' perspective. Money will never come to you if you will not go look for it. You can never gain
anything that you've always been wanted if you'll just sit back there and wait for things to happen.
Change your way of life. Go out in the open and explore looking for some big opportunities that
could just give your life a major head turn.
Cash flow equals the amount of income above and beyond expenses. Rental properties can produce
monthly cash flow and once they are paid off via tenants paying down the mortgage, cash flow is
greatly increased!
Transactional funding is usually available within a few days. Your personal qualification is not
necessary. It will not require you to have a good credit, steady income or a good bank balance. They
just need to see that you have lined up a qualified buyer for the property.
I've heard this used in a number of settings, but most often at guru real estate seminars. The
presenter at the front of the room will inform you that one of the defining characteristics of the
wealthy is that they make decisions quickly. Thus, if you want to be wealthy, you've got to stop
thinking about whether or not you can afford to go to the seminar or boot camp that they are selling
and you must go to the back of the room RIGHT NOW to buy their seminar or boot camp. Because
the wealthy jump on opportunities when they see them, right?
While investing you should also remember that patience is a virtue. It might take a while for the
planted seed to grow into a full-fledged tree. Never lose hope if this doesn't lead to anything. Start
with little investment. It is important if know the latest strategy in investment. It is useful to take
help from an expert initially because you will be confident after taking an expert's advice. Listen to
