4. PMC Group – History
1957 Foundation of CA Verken – the embryo of the present-day PMC Group.
1976 Company acquired by Persöner in Ystad.
1979 AB Wilhelm Sonesson buys Persöner, deleting it from the stock exchange list
and incorporating CA Verken in its Trade and Process Division.
1981 Division stock-exchange listed under name of Dacke Invest AB.
The company acquires a number of Swedish companies in subsequent years.
1991 Dacke Hydraulik AB founded. Industrivärden acquires the company and
de-lists it from the stock exchange.
1993 Hexagon acquires Dacke Hydraulik, which continues to acquire
