Not enough obvious information on what I was searching for Just no list of courses, or qualifications and the award ladder to aim
for and no sites where these colleges are to be found. Have sent you an email and hopefully the information will come that way!
Couldn't find a list of training courses Couldn’t easily see information required Need to find out what is happening with the QCF in
relation to the NVQ's in horsecare. Our organisation is plannining our delivery strategy for the FLT and I need to feed in to this information on
equine qualifications. Contact Information not easily available Very slow in loading home page and search results; web links to
course providers did not work. I had to phone. Could not find out how to become an accredited centre or courses to offer
Could not find anything on the new nvq starting in August 2009 No mention of what I was looking for I wanted to find information
about skills gaps in your sector and if there were any growth employment areas I would of liked a bit more in depth detail about the
women in work scheme, not just leaflet style info Could not find the information that I required Only as not completely ready in
terms of detail Very big site which did not seem to address simply and clearly the questions I had with regard to driver (4x4 vehicles)
training Contact information for staff members is not available, or extremely well hidden. I gave up in the end. I think i should have
gone straight to lantra awards site Seems very impenetrable. Left two messages on answerphones so left feeling fairly
undervalued! Sight didn't cover pest control training Wanted to find out about the animal transportation courses I clicked
through to case studies for various industries and jobs, which took a long time, and then didn't find any case studies listed. The website is
promising but not delivering the information and thus wasting my time. Lots of information about courses but not how you get on them
Could not find what I needed Was hoping to find information on courses that I could do but I couldn't find any. Full information not
present on the site Just couldn't find what i was looking for in the short space of time i had to look at the site, will probably come back

Hort framework I entered the search for training section for floral design/floristry,and entered my postcode, which is in Greater
Manchester. 19 courses were found- none in Manchester, and as far afield as Ireland and London!! Bit far to commute, and not very helpful at
all. Wanted free courses No clear information about the service Couldn't find CS number's for Chainsaw Qualification
Postcode search didn't work - distance was wrong - does this work for Wales? Perhaps it was there that I was hoping to find out
about Landskills NorthEast and how to apply another day perhaps - no big problem will try again when more time available Looking for
trailer test in Northumberland. Doesn’t appear to be available here not sure Could not find what I was looking for Still not had
all info wanted on the new work based diploma in horticulture and sent email to et answer hopefully Not sure how to search for the
figures I needed But the stats were a bit old ie agriculture livestock 2007 document incl 2005 stats Couldn't find what I was looking
for Although navigation made it difficult couldn't find a user friendly overview of an apprenticeship framework . Unable to find
the course I wanted. although it was good that i managed to find my way to the leicestershire webpage of the site there was no
information to be found on the page about possible volunteering opportunities. Need more information on the new specs that will
