Welcome. This presentation (Version 1, signed-off in July/Aug 2008) focuses on the ACA qualification. It covers all the basics to help you when talking to members, external stakeholders, internal teams and/or clients. Pick-and-mix from a suite of approved, on-brand slides to suit your need Every slide has key facts and a supporting notes page. You shouldn’t need to rewrite any of it. The notes provide you with ready-made, relevant information in support of the bullet points shown on that slide. There are almost 70 slides. You certainly don’t need to use every single slide on each occasion. These ‘pick and mix’ slides allow you to tailor the length of presentation to suit each of your audiences/meetings. This means that some key information in the notes pages is repeated elsewhere. Therefore, whichever slides you pick-and-mix, you’ll always have the main points. What the slides cover Everything from the structure of the qualification; its differentiators from other qualifications; costs; who can train ACAs (and some examples); the benefits to employers and students; how to answer some typical barriers to training that you might encounter plus how the ICAEW can help employers meet and recruit ACA students. There is also information on the rest of the learning portfolio from the ICAEW. Yearly updates are planned if key information/statistics change. If you have any queries, please contact Suzanne Heath – Marketing Manager (ACA qualification) via the Milton Keynes switchboard on +44 (0)1908 248 100.
