checking , sleeping…. We talk with our inner person

but in this conversation most of the time we spend on
garbage talks.
• The main source for this garbage is our belief &
thinking. If we have positive mental Attitude we go on
positive way in our life. For negative attitude people all
the thoughts & thinking are in negative way in life.
To estimate our self the measurements are
our inner thoughts of Living. To improve our thoughts
we need to improve thinking from negative to positive
attitude and for positive to more positive attitude &
beliefs.

our negative behavior to positive Thinking ?
