• A contract assignment means that a party to the
contract assigns the entire contract to another
party.

6. Rules regarding to assignment of
contract
1. Contracts involving personal skill and efficiency cannot
be assigned.
A personal services contract is one resting on the skills, tastes, or
science of a party, the duty imposed cannot be done as well by
others as by the promisor himself.

7. 2. Assignment of contract by acts of parties..
 Refers to assignment of one’s right /obligation or
both to third party with consent of other party to
the contract.
