2. Aim:-To recognize “contributor qualities” in action, and understand why
contributors are wanted after by all who work with them,

I interviewed the person and
find that in a good contributor. It describers all
about a good contributor’s qualities in her
work at all instances and in all conditions.

3. Hardworking
A contributor is always a hard worker in the task she is
doing or he is going to do. So each person wants her as
a team leader or a team member of a team. She does
the hard work in completes the task in anyway.
Taking part in every activity
A contributor never sticks to any one thought. She
always perform all activities including her task related.
she also believes in work and also in completing and
competing in other tasks to make herself a best one at
every field.

4. Always excited to learn something new
• She always try to learn something new and
extraordinary at every stage of her life .She finds new
things and new methods to do the tasks.
• She takes the knowledge from each & every task and
gain the knowledge and will become an experienced
player.

everyone
She never fails in helping other persons and her behaviour to
all people is always kindred and good hearted. She always talk
calmly with people.

5. Never thinks about only herself
• She always thinks for benefit of all persons
not only of getting it by only to her. She gives
the benefits to all the members of the team.

• She is always confident in her all task She
does. She complete her work at any cost and
even She can not complete it due to any reason
than surely She will have any advancement or
