of the art automated manufacturing
of shelving systems and accessories
for shopfitting and retail rollouts. The
machinery consists of:

of welding reduces consumptions, warmth
and waste.

our company was established in Australia in
1998 and have been marketing our shelving
products Nationally ever since.
Along with our Head Office based in Perth,

Over the years CAEM have been nominated
as preferred suppliers to major National
clients and our shelving can be seen in

In 2010, CAEM built a new 2,500 m2
warehouse/Head office in Perth
incorporating our own custom built powder

Montantes y bases:
1º Montante independiente de las bases, sobre las cuales se arma con un sistema de cuña, patentado, que hace más seguro el ensamble
cuanto más carga recibe.
2º Siendo independientes los montantes de las bases, se pueden combinar, según necesidades, para que un lado de las góndolas
tenga un tamaño y el otro distinto, tanto en la instalación inicial como en cambios futuros producidos por las propias necesidades del
producto a exponer.
3º Las ventanas de los montantes son de doble agujero, con pared entre ellos, que impide que la ménsula pueda girar y por lo tanto
aseguran la capacidad de carga de los estantes que soportan.
4º En caso de deterioro de alguno de los elementos, montante o bases, sirven las demás piezas.
Fondos:
1ºSon modulares, pudiendo intercambiarse entre lisos y perforados, sin necesidad de desarmar los superiores, y por lo tanto adaptarse
a las necesidades del producto a exponer, puesto que pueden colocarse mezclando ambos tipos.
2ºLos perforados son multi gancho, pudiéndose adaptar los de cualquier fabricante, independientemente si son o no validos, para el
popular perfocel.

M25 system includes the most advanced features in
terms of gondola shelving systems:
• 25mm spacing upright for precise merchandising
• central back panel (boltless) for space saving (back
of shelf to back of shelf in a gondola down to just
20mm) and cost saving (one wall of back panels, not
two)
• cutout shelves at the back, to achieve same
merchandising area whilst using shorter bases and
brackets
• multiple shelf models available: T25 shelf without
channels, M25 double channelled (H=25mm but
50mmbinning system compatible), S50 double

Specifically designed with a “H” slot upright with
50mm spacing.
S50 system includes all most popular sizes in the
lenght like 27 30 37 47 57 67 and in the pitch 66,5 100
120 125 133.
CAEM attention to details guarantees perfect
compatibility with 50mm shelving systems, whilst
keeping quality at the highest levels.
An entire range of accessories is also available: minirack
3x3 front upright integration, canopies, gondola end
fixing systems and many more.
S50 features include a degree of compatibliy with
models and accessories visible in TN9 (modular planks),
T25 (no-channeled one piece shelf), M25 (central back

S25 system is available for those light duty rollouts that
require compatiblity with 50mm shelving system and
an improved adjustability of merchandising that only
25mm pitched upright can deliver.
The back panels and the brackets are compatible with
S50.. The super low base is less than 10cm high, the shelf
is compatible with 50mm shelving but can be used with
modular and non-channeled shelves.

the base and the upright. This durable and flexible

FV is the CAEM range for Fruit and Vegetable, Produce
displays.
Caem offers a variety of options for this important , high
margin area of grocery stores:
• stainless steel containers, with micro perforation
for ventilation. The containers are adjustable in
their inclination at any time, and are available in
many sizes. The front panel works as a door to allow
stocking underneath
• basketdisplaysareavailableinamultitudeofoptions,
including wire shelves with front risers
A built-in nebulization system is also available. Based
on a worldwide patent and developed by a third party
company, this nebulization produces the smallest sized
droplets in the market, avoidiing to make produce
heavier or attacked by microbes. Thanks to nebulization
the achieved margins on produce increases dramatically
thanks to: higher sales, less wasteage, smaller
operatoinal cost.

Starting from the finishes: Caem unique ultra bright

A deeper range of finishes is available, all with a satin

Glass shelves are extensively available and in stock.
New shelving sies of 70cm and 80cm running pitch

pharmacy facings.

CaemCad is a 3d design software based on the Caem modular shelving
systems’ catalogue. With CaemCAD you can very easily design
shopfitting in 3d and prepare quotations and orders following this
procedure:
1. Book of profiles. Using the wizard, you generate a library of shelving
unit profiles.
2. Layout. You can import or design a shop layout, and then insert the
profiles where required.
3. Printout. CaemCAD will generate a complete printout including a
cover page, a list of the profiles quoted, a detail description for each
profile, the bill of material and the final page.
4. Rendering. Software includes two complete rendering tools to
deliver amazing presentations to customers.
