Bio: Mr. Ragab is currently Information Security Principal Consultant/Lead Auditor, Trainer and
Technology Keynote Speaker in GCC.
Mr. Ragab is one of the leading hands-on experts implemented ISMS across different sectors: government,
investment, banking, IT services, and Oil & Gas, based on the international benchmarking of ISO standards.
On his capacity of being Principal Consultant and Certified ISMS Lead Auditor, currently he is leading
consulting practices in the following areas: IT Audit, Business Continuity, Process Reengineering and
Process Improvement, Information Security, Penetration Testing, Quality Systems (ISO 27001, ISO 22301,
ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 31000, SA8000), PMO, Data Centers and Virtualization Solutions.
He was previously was Head of Consulting Services in different Audit and Consulting firms in GCC and led
different Principal Consultant Positions in IT Audit, IT Risks Management, ISMS, BCMS, and Quality
Management assignments in GCC, MENA regions and Europe. With a vertical focus during the last 10
years, Mr. Ragab had different publications in Business Continuity Management, ISMS, Process
Reengineering, Key Performance Indicators, which have been accommodated in Academia publications –
University of Liverpool.
As a key facilitator for corporate growth and strategy, Mr. Ragab hold different positions as Strategy
Officer and Board Member in couple educational and services organizations. As a passionate business
professional, he had his first Master Degree in Business Processes Reengineering from Arab Academy for
Sciences and Maritime (Egypt) and currently he is finalizing his MBA with University of Liverpool (UK).
