3. Situation
After the education was reformed by the government. The main
reason is to improve the quality of population. We have to realize that not
only all learners are able to learn and to develop but also they are the
most important people who have to be supported, potentially developed
and trained. Moreover, students should be developed thinking process,
they are able to apply their knowledge to daily life, they are able to
search for other information, they are able to analyze the information,
they should have creation, they are able to solve problem and they can
work with others. The information technology was used to increase the
educational efficacy. Students can access to many information and they
can learn all the time to enhance their understanding. This reform was
proper for this time that there are many information, then it can make
the most efficient of learning to develop the student to have significant
properties for the globalization.
