A friend told you about a product called Gogobeans that would enable you to organize, manage, and share photos with others. You want to try out Gogobeans. Right now you are going to get started using the product and perform a few tasks.

- MarkOverall several participants like the look and feel of the site. One question we identified during the heuristic review was “Will users know that that when they sign up for Gogobeans that they have to validate the account using an email sent to them?” but in fact, we found after testing that none of the participants had a problem going to their email, clicking on a link to begin the activation process. Another question we identified early in the heurostic review was “Will users figure out that they can add multiple photos to an album?” In fact, we found that none of the participants had difficulty figuring out that they could add multiple photos at oncew.One participant really liked the status bars that you see when you are uploading multiple photosFinally, we had a question – “Will users understand how to find a file that has been sent to them via their email?” None of the participants tested had an issue clicking on a link in their email to access a ‘bean’ sent to them. (two participants however never received the bounced bean due to a system bug)
