2. 2 While we all likely have a whole lot of operational issues to fill up our days today,

3. 3 we also have a number of bigger and longer lasting problems.

4. 4 Problems that have in some cases lasted for so long that it became a status quo. A status quo everyone acknowledges but can hardly change on their own.

5. 5 Here’s the one – information vacuum. We don’t share much. We don’t share horizontally. And especially so across geographies.

6. 6 And if we wanted to, we would not have a media to do so. And that’s because we don’t have one - don’t have one designed for that, don’t have one ready for that.

7. 7 The result – our employees on average can hardly see much past their room walls.
