2 While we all likely have a whole lot of operational issues to fill up our days today,
3 we also have a number of bigger and longer lasting problems.
4 Problems that have in some cases lasted for so long that it became a status quo.  A status quo everyone acknowledges but can hardly change on their own.
5 Here’s the one – information vacuum.  We don’t share much.  We don’t share horizontally. And especially so  across geographies.
6 And if we wanted to, we would not have a media to do so.  And that’s because we don’t have one -  don’t have one designed for that,  don’t have one  ready for that.
7 The result –    our employees on average can hardly see much past their room walls.
8 To close this gap is a no simple task “a mission impossible” is more like it, but we would still like to try

12 Our first step is to create and publish  an online newspaper
13 yes, it’s “small”  yes, it’s still a one way communication yes, there will be more
