7. + Field studies will be conducted concurrently with the
community product research phase.
+ Project frequency will increase from an average of 5-7
projects per product to 10-14 projects (smaller, more
concrete deliverables).
+ We will begin to certify community members’ areas of
expertise.
+ Opinions of “community experts” will be weighted more
heavily.
+ Products will not launch without a mechanically working
prototype / demo video.
+ Product development will slow, however one product idea
per week will still be picked.
