 Quy Technology Pvt Ltd provides Enterprise Mobility Solutions to Small and Large Business
Corporates.
 Company has the Mobile First strategy to fix problems related to remote or field workers.
 Quytech launched its product PEPUPSALES, an Enterprise Mobility solution combining
Sales Force Automation, Distribution Management and Primary/Secondary Sales
Tracking all in a single product. The USP of PepUpSales is the level of in-built flexibility, which
can adapt to various industries and processes.
 PepUpSales helps in tracking the sales activities of the sales person who are on field on a real
time basis. Company can track sales and field operations along with sales personals activities.
The complete Order Management, Sales, Deliveries, Dispatches, Distribution, Product
performance can be tracked and managed on a real time basis. Schemes and Discounts
automatically implies while the order is taken or a sales is performed. Salesman has the
visibility of its productivity and performance. The solution automates the sales working giving
the better and timely visibility along with the market reach up to the last mile. It removes the pen
and paper work and allows companies to analyse and forecast sales on a timely and productive
manner.
 Quytech has experience of consulting & developing various Enterprise Mobility solutions which
are being used by number of customers globally across industry.

The Product
General Description:
After analyzing the business requirement Quytech is proposing solution
per needs:
 The proposed Android App will be downloaded by all the users
(guards, supervisors, managers etc.)
 App will work offline but for some features like sending attendnace
with selfie and SOS emegency button,tour report will be only able to
work online.
 The proposed App will allows admin to track and monitor users 24x7.
 The App should be sending data to the server based in Head Office
or on the cloud server. The App can also be backup in cloud.
 The App will support both the languages English & Hindi.

User Login:
 User can login using a PID/Roll No.
 If PID/Roll No. will be valid then a OTP will
be send to his registered mobile number
and confirm his login.

Selfie of Guard:
 Guard will send his Selfie before his duty
shift start.
 App will deliver the selfi with GPS Location
and current date and time stamp and send
it to the server.
This feature helps to identity the guard who is
deployed on site and also check that Guard
is in proper uniform or not. Same procedure
to be repeated when guard finishes shift
duty—check out at end of shift—selfi photo
with GPS and date/time sitemap.

Duty Start / Stop Button:
 This button will be visible or activated when
guard will reach on his prior allocated duty
post.
 If Guard is not present on GPS validated
location then button will not work and an
alert message Pop up that he is not present
on the valid position.

SOS Button & Emergency Head Office contacts:
 Guard can contact head office emergency
contact numbers.
 Guard can tap SOS button on emergency
situation and Head Office will get the
message and Head Office will contact him
immediately.

Incident & Client Reporting:
 Guard can send his document such as
photo, signature and can also send photos
and videos of site to server where the
incident happened.
 Guard can send the client details from the
site to server when client’s contact persons
of the site will be changed. Details such as
name, mobile no, email and designation
can be shared.

User Requests & Feedback:
 Uniform: - Guard can request a uniform and his request will be
redirected to Head Office and related site manager. A ticket will be
created on the server. Post confirmation of delivery of item(s) the
ticket opened for the issue can be closed.
 Leave Application: - There will be two type of leaves:
• Emergency leave
• Scheduled leave
Leave status (Approval/rejected) can be sent to App on guard’s phone.

User Requests & Feedback:
 House Keeping Items: - Guard can send request for housekeeping
items
 Advance Salary: - Guard can send request for advance salary with
reason.
 Guard will send daily reports of the site. When guards will tap the
button he will get a set of questions and the answer can be given in
YES or NO only.

Mitra Ki Bharti (Refer a Friends):
 Guard can send the name and mobile no. of his friends to Head
Office for recruitment process. The application status can be
tracked on the app and guards can also see their reward if the
referral will be hired.

Tour Report:
 User can send their tour reports such as expenses reports during
tour and can provide real time feedback and details by capturing
images.
 The feature will not be available for the guards.
 This option will be visible to supervisors, assistant managers,
managers and above.
 Users need to capture all receipts on the SAME DAY when
expense was incurred and submit them to the server.

Duty Tracking:
 Authorized Duty: - Duty post authorized and assigned by Head
Office. if the guard is present to his assigned post.
 Unauthorized Duty: - If guard is not present on his assigned site,
where he will be deployed and/or may be doing the duty on other
site (on duty change condition) then it’s called unauthorized duty. In
that condition an alteration (POP UP message) will be show up on
manager and guard’s screen.

Alert Notifications:
 Different types of alerts & notification pushed from sever will be
visible on the mobile screen of all the users.

Random Verifications:
 By Calling: - Head Office can call the guard and ask some random
question for verification.
 By SMS: - Head Office can send an alteration message on the user
mobile screen for the verification.
 Robo Call: Head Office can send robo call to guard, may be just to
wake up guard at night, or ask him to enter some code for
verification.

Real time tracking:
 The App will track field teams of supervisors and managers when
they travel anywhere in India.
E.g. For example, if a manager is traveling through Rajasthan delivering
cash salaries to guards, then, through the Android App on the
manager’s phone, the Head Office will in real time track the
movements of the manager—and know his progress on the ground.
 This can be done for all managers/supervisors when they are on the
field job, 24x7.
 All trips can be logged so that the past data can be studied data
when required.

Page  16 Duty Tracking:  Authorized Duty: - Duty post authorized and assigned by Head Office. if the guard is present to his assigned post.  Unauthorized Duty: - If guard is not present on his assigned site, where he will be deployed and/or may be doing the duty on other site (on duty change condition) then it’s called unauthorized duty. For example, if a manager is traveling through Rajasthan delivering cash salaries to guards, then, through the Android App on the manager’s phone, the Head Office will in real time track the movements of the manager—and know his progress on the ground.  This can be done for all managers/supervisors when they are on the field job, 24x7.  All trips can be logged so that the past data can be studied data when required.
