Directions:
Fill the inside of the “head” (on the back of this page) with words, images, drawings, collage,
etc. that represent things that interest you, that you care about, that you encounter every day,
and that make you who you are. These can be more abstract things (“friendship”, “reading”,
“playing soccer”, “current events”) or more specific things - even materials or objects (“Taylor
Swift music”, “my iPod”, “jellybeans”, “#2 pencils”, etc.)
YOU MUST USE AT LEAST TWO NON-PENCIL MATERIALS (example: Sharpie, paint, or
collage.) THERE SHOULD BE NO BLANK WHITE SPACE IN THE HEAD.
If you find you need more space, you can use a bigger piece of paper, and either draw a “head” or
cut this one out & glue it down.
NEXT, write (or draw, collage, etc.) things OUTSIDE the “head” that are things that you
encounter, but are not important to you or things you dislike - sort of the opposite of what you
would put inside your “head.”
The space outside the “head” ALSO must contain TWO NON-PENCIL MATERIALS, but some
white space is ok.
