I. Executive Summary
Paul and Nancy Saueracker have lived the American Dream.
Mr. Saueracker spent 40 years in the mining and manufacturing sector, working for
Mineral Technologies Inc. He started with the Company in 1971, becoming a
Salesman. Through the decades, he climbed the corporate ladder, until he was
elected Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board in 2000.
During this time, The Sauerackers amassed significant wealth through savings and
prudent investments. They did not seek the social spotlight, and did not place
significant value on material possessions. Instead, they used their time and
treasure to build a family, strengthen their religious faith, and return their
blessings to the greater community.
