history. Citizencide has been practiced from the dawn of human governance. It is especially
practiced by authoritarian and dictatorships who decide to become political masters rather
than remain as political managers/stewards of their people. To answer the question

with light weapons but with tanks in Deraa. Why? Their dictator, President Assad wants to

The Libyan dictator Col Gaddafi is even better at killing Libyan citizens. He has used
everything: light weapons, heavy weapons, tanks, war planes and imported mercenaries.

in any other status. So in his mind, it is better to kill his citizens to remain rather than move
